Press relations :

  • Press review and clipping (throughout the action), qualitative and quantitative report and final clipping after event (press release)
  • Conduct interviews with television and radio channels for organizers and business leaders or interested persons according to the sector of activity and the events

Public Relations :

  • Put potential or existing customers in contact with local authorities, state organizations, relevant associations, chambers of commerce, embassies etc.
  • Support the customer for official permissions.
  • Help customers to participate in trade shows (Help them, give them informations ans suggestions, register them …)
  • Officiel autorizations during events
  • Invitations VIP personalities – according to event – Moroccan or foreign
  • BtoB meeting organizations and business meetings in different sectors in collaboration with professional federations and others.
  • Meet with politicians, business leaders, federations or artists (at cultural or artistic events)
  • Hotel negotiations (conference rooms, accommodation, buffets, coffee breaks ..)
  • Transport negotiations
  • Find the right interlocutor for each action requested
